Wray wins Calor ICT village of the Year 2005 Award for Northern England

Wray Parish Council entered the competition and although we didn't win the award for the whole country we are very proud the LAPTC asked us to represent Lancashire Town and Parish Councils in the ICT awards, and are pleased to have won the Northern England section. Below is a photo of another winner who shared our table at the event, they won the 'Building Community Life' category. It is a village called Grasby in Central England.
