The Computers for Rural people Scheme continues to expand and the beginning of the year brings new lower prices. With the exception of the budget model all systems come with Windows xp preinstalled. The price of the Pentium 3 laptop is now £320 and the top of the range Pentium 4 desktop is £265. The price includes VAT, delivery and full warranty.
