Network down due to circumstances beyond our control. Fault has been reported. Will put a notice here when we find out what it was.

Update from LUNS: Monday 30th

 The outage was due to United Utilities taking down one of the upstream
masts for power work without notice.  As far as we are aware it was
emergency work.
